When people ask me what do you like to do in your spare time, my answer is always photography. I guess I am pretty lucky to have a job that I love so much that it’s my hobby as well!
Photojournalism has always been an interest for me - managing to catch that split second moment on film (or should I say memory card!) What better moments to capture than someones wedding day.
At a wedding we like to take a step back and just let things flow - capturing the real story of the day. Although we do take the opportunity to set up some shots, we still maintain a relaxed and natural approach. If there is anyone who isn’t very good at getting their photo taken, it is me - so I know how it feels! It’s you’re wedding day - it should be fun!

Much like Jess I like to take a more "watch and observe" approach to photography. I love it when people see a photo that they never noticed we took - these are usually the best photos! The thing about having two photographers is that you never know where the next shot is going to be taken from - makes things much more interesting.
