After more than 12 years creating cakes for word of mouth clients and working for over 8.5 years as a chef at Brisbane’s Premier 5 star hotel, Sarah-Jane threw in the white apron for a set of more vibrant and fun “Cake That!” ones.  With requests for cakes growing faster than she expected, she decided to take the leap into business for herself.  Four years on and she is blessed to not only work for herself but also do exactly what she loves to do.  Being able to create magnificent memorable centrepieces each week for clients that appreciate and are excited by what she does.
